Choosing kit
Spikes or studs: which shoes do I need?
Metal spikes grip on grass pitches and outfields; fast bowlers and players on turf wickets usually wear them. Studs shoes suit hard grounds, artificial turf and indoor nets. Many players keep one pair of each.
Adult, Youth or Boys: which glove and pad size?
Each brand has its own size chart. As a rough guide, Boys fits younger children, Youth fits early teens and smaller adults, and Adult fits most grown players. The bat finder suggests a protection size from height or age, and the store can help you check the fit.
What size bat do I need?
See the bat size guide, or answer four questions in the bat finder.
What is bat knocking, and do I need it?
Knocking presses the willow of a new leather-ball bat so it can take a hard ball without damage. We do it in store on a knocking machine, from ₹600. Which package do I need?
Are the photos of the actual products?
Yes. The photos were taken of the products in our store, not supplied stock images. Where a colour varies by size, the product page says so.
