Returns

Returns and exchanges are arranged with the store. If you’re unsure about a size or fit, ask before you order and the store will explain the options for that product.

How to request one

1. Find your order reference (it starts with CR) on your orders or the confirmation.
2. Message the store with the reference, the item, and what you’d like: a return, or a different size.
3. The store replies with the next steps for your order.
